Scientists at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine discovered that the natural detoxification antioxidant Sulforaphane Glucosinolate (SGS™) in broccoli is at least 20 times more concentrated in broccoli sprouts than in adult broccoli. BroccoSprouts are 100% natural (no GMOs!) and grown to ensure the level of SGS at 73mg per one-ounce serving.

SGS™ is very heat stable, thus can be cooked without losing the cancer-fighting benefits of this tremendous phytochemical. HOWEVER, SGS is water soluble, so if you boil or steam the sprouts, you will have to drink the water to retain the nutritional benefits.
