Mediterranean Style Broccoli Sprout Wrap
Couscous Mix:
Prepare Couscous according to package directions. Add the chopped parsley, onions and tomatoes. Add olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Spread 1-2 T. of the light cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of the spinach tortilla. Add 1/4 cup of the Couscous mixture in a narrow strip across the middle of the tortilla. Add 1/2 cup of BroccoSprouts Broccoli Sprouts to Couscous and cream cheese. Start at one side of the Tortilla circle and "roll" the tortilla up over the sprouts. Cut in half and serve. Makes 8 (8") tortillas. |
