Grilled Chicken Caesar Style Wraps
Place chicken breasts, lemon juice and oil in a plastic bag. Seal and turn to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove chicken breasts from bag and season with salt and pepper. Grill until done but still moist, turning once, about 10 minutes total cooking time. Coarsely chop romaine hearts. Cut the red bell pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds. Slice each half into thin strips. Slice chicken breasts into 1/4" strips. Divide romaine, pepper, chicken strips, and sprouts among the tortillas. Drizzle with Caesar dressing. Fold up bottom of tortilla over mixture about 3 inches and roll horizontally to make wrap. Serves 8. |
