BroccoSprouts Vegetarian Roll-Up

  • 3 oz. chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 3 oz. chopped green onion
  • 3 oz. finely shredded carrot
  • 3 oz. BroccoSprouts
  • Alouette cheese or Hummus
  • Whole wheat lavash

Spread Alouette cheese or hummus on lavash bread. In a single layer down the middle of the bread, layer vegetables on top of each other. Roll lavash as tight as possible, trim ends, cut in half and serve. Makes 1 sandwich.
