• 1/2 pound cream cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 small carrot, peeled, julienne
• 1/2 small cucumber (hot house), seeded, slice diagonal
• 1/4 red onion, halved, sliced thin
• 1 cup BroccoSprouts broccoli sprouts
• 2 large tortillas
