Southwestern BroccoSprouts Wrap

  • 1/2 cup Dried Black Beans
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Chipolte Chile
  • Juice of One Lime
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Seeded, Halved, Sliced
  • 1 Cup BroccoSprouts Broccoli Sprouts
  • 2 Large Tortillas (any variety)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

After cooking and cooling black beans, purée. Add remaining ingredients. Simply scoop half the mixture in each wrap, roll and enjoy! Yields 20 pieces.
